Mima’s Noodle Kugel

A sweet, creamy noodle kugel topped with crunchy corn flake crumbles, the kind of comfort food that makes every holiday table feel like home.
Kugel is one of the most beloved dishes in Ashkenazi Jewish cooking, served at Shabbat, holidays, and family gatherings for centuries. Sweet or savory, every family has their version. This one, with its peach preserves and corn flake crumble, is pure nostalgia on a plate.
Ingredients
- 1½ bags kosher egg noodles
- ½ jar peach preserves
- 1 cup brown sugar
- ½ cup cream cheese
- 1½ cups cottage cheese
- 2 eggs
- Kellogg corn flake crumbles (baking aisle, crumbles, not regular corn flakes)
Instructions

Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain.

Mix noodles with peach preserves, brown sugar, cream cheese, cottage cheese, and eggs until well combined.

Pour into a greased baking dish.

Bake covered at 350°F for 20 minutes.

Remove cover and top generously with corn flake crumbles.

Continue baking uncovered until golden and set.
